About You:

I am a cook in the military, I am a carpenter helper at my current job. My dream is to own my own business and I do not want to give up on that because I want to help others.

Looking for:

My goal is to start leasing out properties for families and give them the quality of a home without the worry of maintenance. As in my business plan \"Our properties is your home sweet home\". I do have a business plan made along with SOP (standard operating procedures) and excel documents to track what properties are doing well, maintenance requests and other documents to track and run the business. I will be going to score very soon to present my business plan to them. If anyone has any advice or could help start my real-estate journey that would be great. I would also like to own a bar or restaurant to be able to give back to the community, and help others get a chance at a good opportunity and show that no dream is to small.
