Looking for:

Some one who's risen fast, dealt with very difficult people and conquered while not changing their core being. I want hard fast advice even if I don't want to hear it and coaching through not being emotional or having a reaction to nasty people, staying strong and confident when challenged and keeping my eye on the prize.
