First time manager looking for guidance

About You:

Been in the trucking industry for 15 years now as a dispatcher and have been successful at it. I was recently promoted to office manager at my company however but have no managerial experience and would like some guidance on how to fill my new position properly for my team as well as my company. I am a bit introverted so I'm not sure why they chose me, so I am trying to get the right guidance to be the best asset to my team as possible. A mentor would greatly benefit this process since I'm completely lost in how to go about it so any guidance is greatly appreciated.

Looking for:

A mentor with management experience or leadership experience would be a perfect match. Being from the same industry I am in is not important as my job has shifted solely towards managing the office now. Any mentor willing to take some time and talk, I would be extremely grateful.
