My name is Sandy. I've been involved and immersed in the IT Repair community for many years. I began a small Computer Repair business in 2008 which has slowly introduced Technology Consultation over the past 3 years.

I am currently in a situation where I am ready, passionate, and motivated to take the next steps with my business - the dilemma is that I don't know what the next steps are. I have had mentors in the past that have traded secrets and useful information in exchange for Technical Support.
