About You:
I have much to offer to others and wish to contribute to something greater than my individual success. By focusing much of my academic education in that of Psychology and Business, ultimately resulting in obtaining my MBA, and having spent hundreds of hours educating myself in the history and teachings of many of the world’s greatest success authorities, my knowledge is well rounded in theory. When I combine this knowledge with the many different jobs and many different organizations, where I have worked with throughout my life, I am able to offer a combination of experiences and academic theories resulting in a valuable coaching point of view. Some examples of these experiences are military technology, maintenance technician, technology consulting, sales management, retail management, team building, recruitment, coaching, leading and human resource development to name a few. Through all of these experiences, I have always enjoyed helping others learn and to move forward in both their organizational and personal roles. The last 10 years in leadership roles have given me excellent opportunities to put many of the communication and success theories into action and to help develop and hone my listening and coaching capabilities. Through recent self-discovery and realization, I am now embarking in my true life calling by helping others define and work toward reaching their life goals.
Looking for:
I am just starting out in my own coaching business part time and trying to learn how to make this a profitable and full time venture within the next 2 years. I am both highly interested in finding a potential mastermind group as well as mentors in areas of coaching businesses, marketing/advertising, and networking. My hope is, with the help I obtain and experience I will acquire in the next 2 years, I will in turn be able to give back this experience as a mentor to those also starting out in similar endeavors.
