I am trying to claim my own life, but first I need to figure out who I am and what I want! How to make boundaries and avoid making the same mistakes.

I'm looking for someone to help me fix my life after years of abuse and control and neglect. I want to better my health (Stop emotionally restricting water/food/medicine) and I want to gain weight/muscle, I want to learn what I want to do, and how to do it. I need guidance. I need someone who believes in me. I know I can do it, just not sure how to get out of my own way.
