First-year medical student in California, hoping to become a psychiatrist. I am interested in health care administration and health care quality and hope to work in a large behavioral health system.

For my mentor, I would hope to be able to contribute a new perspective through discussing relevant issues in health care (e.g., the current experience of medical school and residency) and career planning. For myself, I would like to have advice on how to navigate becoming a physician.
