Need guidance moving forward from IT Systems Administrator

About You:

I've been working in IT as a support specialist / systems administrator for ~15 years and my career is moving backwards. I need a more secure career path, and it seems I need to learn cloud, security, programming and even more. There is so much to learn that trying to game plan is overwhelming.

Looking for:

Someone with knowledge of the IT field and business in general, who can hopefully help guide my career forward into more of a security or cloud focused role. I'm willing to put in the work but need help mapping the course to success. Would be so much more confident in an attack plan if I had someone guiding me. Thanks.
