I am a computer engineering graduate, but was working in marketing. I am now doing a course in data science, but i need a mentor who will help me realise what are the extra steps i need to take to improve my code , how to stdy data science to get a decent job etc

Looking for:

I have an engineering degree in computer science. But, I was working in marketing. So I have only experience in coding c++ at school and college level and not in an industry standard. I have quit marketing to jump into data science. But, I need help with getting my work industry standard, help get a decent job in data science. I want to know how i can code better, what I should be doing to study data science well and get a job. What its like out there.
