Sole IT specialist looking for Guidance to enrich my Career

About You:

I see myself as a very creative individual who likes solving business problems with technology. Technology has allowed me to express my creativity through photography, videography and expanded the mediums I can utilize. Currently I am in a Help Desk type position but I have have decision making powers in all technological matters. I want to prove to my superiors that I can be more of an asset and bridge the gap between technology and business from a management standpoint. Having to manage all aspects of IT from the network, servers, email and also providing support to the users does not let me reach my potential I feel.

Looking for:

I would like to meet individuals who have had similar experiences as me in Technology and relate to them on how they were able to overcome their challenges. I don't want all the answers but I would like to be able to take away a few things from others and also be able to provide my own feedback to have a mutually beneficial relationship.
