About You:

I'm committed to the craft of programming, open source software and the sharing of skills and knowledge. I want to make the software world as pleasant a place as possible for everyone, while keeping standards high. I grew up deeply impoverished and homeless and now enjoy a middle class lifestyle, thanks to education, opportunity, hard work and luck. I'm hoping to give back and help others, especially from challenging circumstances.

Looking for:

A mentee who wants to learn to to be web developer, or improve their web development skills. Someone interested in test driven development, Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Git, Linux, Postgres or any other useful open source software.
